Victor Cook is an Animation Producer/Director. He is currently an Executive Producer for Disney Junior’s TOTS. His other credits include The Spectacular Spider-Man, Lilo and  Stitch the series, Scooby-Doo Mystery Incorporated and Stretch Armstrong and The Flex Fighters.
