Aimee Ogden is a former science teacher and software tester; now she writes stories about sad astronauts and angry princesses. Her short fiction has appeared in venues such as Clarkesworld, Analog, Fireside, and Beneath Ceaseless Skies, and her novellas "Sun-Daughters, Sea-Daughters" and "Local Star" are forthcoming from Tor.com and Interstellar Flight Press respectively. She also co-edits Translunar Travelers Lounge, a zine of fun and optimistic speculative fiction.
