Writing and mental health don't always go together. A discussion of stress, impostor syndrome, and overall mental health while in the writing world - both in terms of the craft side and in terms of the business/promotion side, including social media - as well as techniques to make the experience better. We've been through the wringer and come out the other side, and are ready to share what we've learned!
