Games involve sex and romance in various ways: intimate encounters in TTRPG sessions, interactive romance novels, erotic interactive fiction. While games have expanded the breadth of experiences, sexuality, and intimacy that they include, there is more to be done. In what ways have games succeeded in incorporating or addressing sex and romance, and how could they improve? What viewpoints and experiences are games under-representing?
