It is widely believed that science fiction and fantasy only develop in the Western world. Fantastic literature created in the rest of the world does not seem to reach a wide audience of readers. Is this really the case, or is it just a stereotypical notion?

We will talk about genre literature created in non-Western languages, their meaning and their future.
