I love to combine history, mythology, fantasy and romance in my fiction. My undergraduate degree is in History, German and Ancient Greek, and I hold an MFA in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University. My husband and I had a Medieval wedding at a castle in central Pennsylvania and spent our honeymoon in Ireland. We have two children who are avid readers and travelers. I like to explore the worlds behind (over and under) Earth’s ancient civilizations. I explore ancient Egypt in my first novel, which is represented by the Victress Literary Agency and on submission. I am also co-writing a nonfiction book about country music with a Nashville musician, and a middle-grade fantasy novel with another Nashville musician. These are really fun projects. I have had three short stories published, and I am working on a few more. Oh yeah, and I wrote a short play, had it produced locally and am working on expanding it. That has been a fascinating experience!

During the day I spend time as a freelance editor, medical writer, and online instructor for several allied health fields.
